She was a life-long resident of the town of Wayne and was a member of the Wayne Community Church. She was an avid reader, an amazing artist who ran her own gallery, and a true fan of Nascar, Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune. She had always dreamed of becoming a nurse, and chose to become an EMT in her 60's. She worked in Dr. Stanley Painter's office for years as a receptionist where she delighted in describing her day in full detail over dinner which caused for interesting dinner conversations. She was dearly loved by all, and will be truly missed. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the Wayne Library or The Humane Society in her name. A celebration of life will held at a later date.
