Sally E (Clary) Mansir

Randolph- Sally E. (Clary) Mansir, 64, of 53 Closson St. passed away unexpectedly after a brief illness on August 28, 2017.  She was born in Gardiner on May 8, 1953. She was the daughter of Richard Clary Sr. and Shirley Clary.

A 1971 graduate of Gardiner Area High School, she dedicated her life to selflessly taking care of other people; working as a CRMA for over 20 years.  She had a deep love for animals, especially her beloved cat Karma, Brody and her little culprits. She enjoyed watching her favorite TV shows, spending time laughing with friends and family, and her new found love, playing games and texting on her smartphone.  With her heart of gold she would frequently put others ahead of herself and never ask for anything in return. Known as “Mom” to many, she touched so many lives and will be missed by all.

She was predeceased by her husband Kenneth and her parents Shirley and Richard Clary Sr.  She is survived by her son Timothy Mansir and his wife Michelle, of Oxford; sisters Sherry Choate of Gardiner and Sandy James and her husband Robert, of Pittston; brother Richard Clary Jr. and his wife Nancy, of Gardiner; Brothers in law Mark Mansir and his wife Pam, of South Gardiner, Darryl Mansir and his wife Patti, of Gardiner, Keith Mansir and his wife Dereen, of Farmingdale; Sisters in law Laurel Sirois and her companion Mitch, of Farmingdale and Karla Schools of Lewiston; as well as many nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her longtime friends Lorna and Walter Ulmer, of Randolph, and close friend and neighbor Dana Andrews, of Randolph.

A service will be held Thursday September 7, 2017 at 9:00am in the chapel at the Maine Veterans Cemetery on Mt. Vernon Rd. in Augusta.  Following the service, a celebration of her life will be held at her home at 53 Closson St. in Randolph.  Arrangements are under the care of Staples Funeral Home 53 Brunswick Ave Gardiner, ME 04345.
