FARMINGDALE - Alexander Keith Lewis, 21, of Farmingdale passed unexpectedly on July 14, 2022. He was an energetic young man with a magnetic personality. He loved animals, art, music and riding his motorcycle. He is predeceased by his biological mother Jeannie Glazier, Alex is survived by his daughter Phoenix of Louisiana; parents, Phillip and Shelley Lewis of Farmingdale; two sisters Hannah and Cera, and his brother Aaron; paternal grandparents Phil Lewis and wife Kathy of Mt. Vernon, and Grandmother Nancy Lewis of Hallowell; stepfather Edward Glazier II; three half siblings William, Bryan and Diana, all of Louisiana; maternal grandmother Diana, as well as his extended family, aunts, uncles, cousins, and close friends. Alex's Services will be held at Staples Funeral Home, 53 Brunswick Avenue, Gardiner, on Saturday, July 30th with visiting from 10:00 to 11:00 am followed by a memorial service at 11: 00 am.
