Obituary

PITTSTON - Chad Alan Jackson, 45, of Pittston. Born February 22, 1981, in Boothbay Harbor, Maine, has left us to embark on his greatest adventure yet on May 11th, 2026. His love for life was abundant and his charisma was infectious; he touched the lives of everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. A resident of Pittston, Maine, he was a tire tech, a laborer, a man of many talents and had a truly unique personality. Chad was an adventurous spirit, and his hobbies reflected his love for the outdoors. He was an avid coin and rock collector, a passionate fisherman, and a dedicated gold panner. These activities allowed him to truly connect with nature, and he loved nothing more than spending his free time outdoors. His adventurous spirit, however, was only matched by his love for his family and his best fur friend, Kasey. Chad's family and his dog Kasey were the center of his universe and his love for them was evident in every aspect of his life. He was a loving son, a cherished brother, a doting uncle, a beloved grandson, and a witty friend. His quick wit and jovial nature made him a joy to be around, and his absence will be deeply felt by everyone who knew him. Chad is survived by his mother and step father Cynthia and John Miville; his brother and his wife Jason and Zaira Jackson, their son Gavin Jackson; his sister and her fiancé Jessica Jackson and Michael Mills, her son Jacob Bragg and his son Owen Mills; his grandmothers, Grace Brown and Beverly Jackson; his father Greg Jackson; his best fur friend, Kasey, and many uncles, aunts and cousins. He was preceded in death by his fur baby Daisy; his grandfathers, Robert Bartlett Sr., Forrest Brown and Arlen Jackson; his uncle, Dana Bartlett Sr.; his cousin, Dana Bartlett Jr.; and his beloved Mimi, Beverly Miville. There will be a gathering on June 20th at 1pm at The Lions Club in Coopers Mills, 52 Main St next to Sheepscot Valley Health Center. All is welcome and favorite memories of Chad can be shared. We invite everyone who knew and loved Chad to celebrate his life and share their memories of him. Please feel free to leave your memories and upload photos to the memorial page at www.staplesfuneralhome.com Even as we mourn his absence, let us remember the joy, love, and laughter he brought into our lives. His spirit lives on in the memories we shared with him, and in the love he left behind. Arrangements and guidance are in the care of Staples Funeral Home and Cremation Care, 53 Brunswick Avenue, Gardiner, Maine
