1982 - 2022

AUGUSTA - Crystal Ann Hanson, 40, of Augusta, died Wednesday, July 20th, 2022, after years of declining health at the Alfond Center for Health in Augusta.

She was born in Augusta, Maine, on June 30, 1982, the daughter of Dennis Hanson and Diana (Blais) Varnum.

Crystal attended Augusta Schools, and worked at Dunkin Donuts in Augusta. She was a very happy go lucky person, who enjoyed gardening, and bring the boys fishing until her illness.

She was predeceased by her grandparents, and a nephew Derrick Peters.

Crystal is survived her parents, Diana Varnum, and husband Bill, of Vassalboro, and Dennis Hanson, of Phillips; two sons, Anthony Hanson, and Joseph Stratton; two sisters, Michelle Ketchens and Samantha Hanson; two stepsisters, Toni Lynn Peters and Brandi Hanson; two stepbrothers, Dennis and Jason Hanson; friend Larry Stratton, and nieces and nephews.

There will be no service at this time.
