Dresden- Frank C. Foss, Jr, 28, passed away on Sunday, July 23, 2023. Frank was born October 2, 1994, in Augusta, Maine. He is the son of Jodi Parker of Stuart, FL, and Frank C. Foss, Sr. and his wife Tina of Dresden. Frank was a graduate of Hall Dale High School. After graduating Frank enlisted in the United States Army. He worked as a Construction Supervisor for EJ Perry. He previously worked for Bill London in Milo for 3 years. Frank enjoyed the outdoors, Hunting and Fishing, time with his children and work. Throughout his entire life, spending time with Pa his favorite thing to do. In addition to his parents, Frank is survived by his three children Levi William Foss, Remington Lynn Foss and Maxley Ann Foss, his grandparents Judy and Bill Jones of Dresden, Trudy Foss of Dresden and Walter Foss, Sr. of Dresden, his brother David Foss of Dresden, his sister Kiely Foss of Dresden, stepbrother Trevor Devine of Windsor, stepsister Megan Devine of Windsor. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends. There will be a celebration of Frank's life on Sunday, July 30, 2023, at Montsweag Restaurant, 942 Route 1 Woolwich at 1:00 PM.
