LITCHFIELD- Justin Leroy Goucher, 34, of Litchfield, died unexpectedly Monday, April 22nd, 2024, at his home. Born in Lewiston, Maine, on March 15th, 1990, the son of Douglas Goucher and Cheryl (Hewitt) Burhoe. Justin grew up and went to school in Livermore Falls. After high school Justin followed in his father's footsteps by working in the woods. Justin continued to work in the woods and with heavy equipment until his passing, prior to his passing he and his father-in-law Tim Pepin started a Logging business together called T & J Wood Harvesting. Justin was an extremely hard worker and he played hard too! Justin was an avid hunter. He was adventurous and loved anything with a motor. From snowmobiles to side x sides, to dirt bikes, to motorcycles, to boats, and the list goes on. He liked to raise a little hell and go fast. Justin always had a smile on his face and his contagious laugh won't be forgotten. Justin was a wonderful father to his 3 children and treated his fiancé's children as his own. He loved to spend time with them, have fun and laugh with them and teach them. Justin is predeceased by his grandfather's Douglas Goucher, Sr., Les Hewitt and George Moore, Sr. Justin is survived by his mother, Cheryl Burhoe, his father Douglas Goucher and his wife Melissa Goucher, his fiancé, Tris Pepin, their little boy Ryder and her two children, Aubrey and Tanner, his children Emma and Liam and their mother Heather Goucher, his grandmothers Mary Fogg and Carlene Davenport, his brothers Brian Goucher and his wife Ticia, Shawn Goucher and his wife Natasha, and Jason Goucher, his step sister Hannah Nickless and step brother Caleb Nickless. Justin is survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and countless friends. Remember, you are not alone in your grief. Justin may be gone, but he will always be with us in spirit and in our hearts. He will never be forgotten. Justin's celebration of life will be held at the American Legion in Winthrop on Saturday May 4th from noon to 3pm. All are welcome to attend, share memories and celebrate Justin. Arrangements and guidance are entrusted with Staples Funeral Home and Cremation Care, 53 Brunswick Avenue, Gardiner, Maine.
