Kathleen L. Hebb April 18, 1945 - September 28, 2023
RANDOLPH-Kathleen Louise (Tuttle) Hebb, 78, was born in Gardiner, lived the majority of her life in Randolph, and passed away peacefully at Glenridge Long Term Care facility in Augusta, after a long battle with dementia and congestive heart failure.
She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Paul Hebb, their daughters Martha Giancola, Sarah Hebb Gambino, and Emily MacGillivary, four beautiful granddaughters, Sophia, Isabella, Evelyn, and Isla, and her two sisters, Roxanne Gervais of Randolph and Betty Monteith of Chelsea. She is predeceased by her brothers Kenneth Tuttle of Pittston and Ruby Tuttle of Rockland.
Kay (as she was known to many) was born to Ruby & Frances Tuttle, and grew up alongside her two older brothers and several foster children in the loving home of Martha & Herbert Sherman of Central St, Randolph. She graduated from Gardiner Area High School in 1963, worked for the state of Maine for many years, but retired at an early age to be a homemaker. Kay had many loves—her little red house, her cats, her garden, her crows in the backyard, her best friends, her daughters, her granddaughters, and the love of her life, her husband Paul.
A private burial and graveside memorial service for family and close friends will take place at Maple Grove Cemetery in Randolph.
Arrangements are entrusted with Staples Funeral Home and Cremation Care, 53 Brunswick Avenue, Gardiner, Maine. Condolences, memories, and photos may be shared with the family on the obituary page of the Staples Funeral Home website. www.staplesfuneralhome.com
