CHELSEA - Kendrick A. Anderson, 81, of Chelsea, died unexpectedly on Tuesday, April 23, 2024, at home with his two children. Kendrick is survived by his son Kendrick L. Anderson, and his wife Lisa of Chelsea, Maine. His granddaughter Elizabeth Anderson of Bowdoinham, Maine. His daughter Karen Howard, her husband Joe of Shrewsbury, Massachusetts. His grandson Myles Roche of Portland, Maine and brother Levi Albert Anderson of Ocala, Florida. Ken is predeceased by his wife Lorraine Anderson, sister Edith Felio and brother Timothy Anderson. Born in Framingham, Ma, the son of Levi Anderson and Aino Helen Sharples, he was raised in Maynard, Ma. He married the love of his life Lorraine Legere on December 2, 1961. They shared 58 dedicated years together until her death on December 2, 2019. Ken worked as a plastering contractor and business owner in the Metro-West area until 2006 when he and Lorraine retired to Whitefield, Me. Ken was an outdoorsman. He took pride in taking care of his property and could been seen on his lawnmower many times during the week. He also enjoyed fishing, boating and in retirement lots of golf. Ken was a generous and talented person who loved sharing with his family, friends, and neighbors. He was also involved in lending his support to various Kingdom Hall construction projects. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 18, 2024, at 2:00 P.M. Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses 419 Main St. Northborough, Ma 01532.
