Randolph, ME – Michael Tilton, 72, died unexpectedly on Saturday, February 27, 2021. He was born in Malden, MA on December 14, 1948, the son of Dorothy and Bud Tilton. He was predeceased by his brothers, Stephen and Peter. He joined the Air Force right out of high school, serving over 20 years while traveling all over the world, retiring to Maine in 1988. He continued to serve others in his work, most proudly the last 10 years working with Veterans in need. He was active volunteer at Togus and found joy in helping others. He had a love for MASH, working in his garden, genealogy and cooking. He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Dianne (Gardiner) Tilton and three daughters; Dawn Alford; DJ Tilton and partner, Jimmy Rowell; and Missy Tilton and partner, Ben Cichocki; and his 8 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren, as well as many other family members who loved him. At Mike's request, there will be no services. Instead, please donate in his memory to your local Veteran's programs.
