GARDINER - Pauline A. Caron, affectionately known as Pauli, passed away on the 30th of March 2026, at MaineHealth Maine Medical Center with her loved ones by er side. Born in Gardiner, ME, USA on the 19th of October 1944, she was a resident of Gardiner, Maine at the time of her passing.
Pauline was a talented woman with an exceptional work ethic, dedicating 39 years of her life to the State of Maine as a case worker for DHHS. After her retirement, she continued to showcase her talent through her diverse hobbies. She took great joy in tole painting, basket making, ceramics, and scenic rides anywhere in Maine, with a particular fondness for the coast of Maine. Pauline's love for her family was evident in all she did; they mattered most to her, and she cherished every moment spent with them.
She was predeceased by her parents, James and Phyllis Heath; three siblings, Nancy, Betty, and Jim.
Pauline is survived by her son, Gabe Caron and wife Melissa; daughter, Debbie Heath; four grandsons, Eric Nost, Tyler, Kaleb, and Blake Caron, who were her biggest blessing; a bonus grandson Caiden Kelley; three great grandchildren, Beckett and Hazel Caron, and Lewis Nost; many special friends and family.
A Celebration of Life for Pauline will be held on Saturday, the 11th of April 2026 from 3:00 to 5:00 pm The venue for this celebration will be at Ted's Trackside Grill, 83 Maine 133, Winthrop, Maine, 04364. All are welcome to attend and celebrate the life of this loving and talented woman.
