Robert J. Blais Farmingdale Me. – Robert was born in Lowell Mass. May 29, 1942, a son of Henry & Malende Blais.He had Parkinson's disease for many years.He died in Augusta at the MaineGeneral Medical Center on September 25, 2013 at the age of 71. Robert was a roofer/carpenter and before he developed Parkinson's he would enjoy working on cars.He loved to play the piano and in his younger days he would play the accordion. Robert was predeceased by his wife Sandra. He leaves behind his twin brother Roland Blais and wife Cheryl, his sister Denise Sowell and lots of nieces & nephews, too many to name, his children, Linda Daly and husband Gerald, Robert Blais and wife Cathy, and Susan Naughton and husband David, grandchildren: Jason DeMoss, Nathan Blais and wife Alex, Seabrina Savoy and husband James, Katelyn and Richard Blais, great grandchildren:Danielle, Isabelle and Gabriel DeMoss, Jayden and Lilly Blais, as well as his church family. A memorial service will be held Thursday, October 3rd at 11am at the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Farmingdale. Burial will follow in the Rest Haven Cemetery in Windsor beside his wife.
