Cocoa, FL-Ronald Edward Stover, 69, formerly of South Berwick, Me and a past resident of 30 years of Cocoa, Fl died Thursday, July 25th at the VA Maine Heath Care Veterans Village at Togus . He was born in Portsmouth, NH on Nov., 4, 1943 a son of Leroy and Gertrude Perry Stover. He attended South Berwick High School before entering the US Army with service during the Vietnam Era. He was married to Eunice Ricker. They lived in Florida for many years before he returned to Maine to be with family. He was a member of over 45 years of the American Legion Post 359 Port St. John Florida. He worked in VA Volunteer services accumulating 2200 hours. Ronnie was predeceased by his wife Eunice, his parents, his older sister, Patricia Osborne, and two younger brothers, Fred and Jay. He is survived by three brothers, James Stover and his wife Lyndy of Michigan, Roscoe Stover and Karen of Randolph, Greg Stover and wife Melinda of Rochester NH, his sister Ellen Salvador and husband Gary of Eliot, and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Committal services with military honors will be held on Tuesday July 30th at noontime at the chapel in the New Maine Veterans Memorial Cemetery Mt. Vernon Rd Augusta.
